OROSOL® has established a Ship Technology Research Institute, which has hired hundreds of experienced senior engineers and introduced advanced ship design software from both domestic and foreign sources, achieving three-dimensional auxiliary design of ship hulls. And establish long-term technical cooperation relationships with various domestic universities and research institutions, continuously developing and designing high-tech ship products. With the gradual development and growth of the R&D center, in addition to meeting the internal design tasks of the company, it also serves the shipbuilding and shipping industries in the local area, providing services such as drawing design, drawing, technical parameter calculation, and related shipbuilding technology consulting to the society.
OROSOL® Ship Technology Research Institute mainly engages in applied basic research in the fields of hydrodynamics, structural mechanics, vibration, noise, impact resistance, and explosion resistance in the fields of ship and ocean engineering, as well as research, design, and development of innovative equipment such as high-performance ships and underwater engineering. The research directions include the study of ship fluid performance, ship structural performance, ship maneuverability testing, ship anti-storm and anti-impact force testing, new ship research and development, underwater engineering research and development, information technology testing, and application testing of emerging technologies in ships.
The testing techniques of OROSOL® Ship Technology Research Institute include rapid testing, flow field and fluid dynamic characteristic testing, maneuverability testing, wave resistance/wave load model testing, bubble/pulsating pressure and flow field testing, structural strength testing, shock absorption and noise reduction testing, anti-explosion and impact testing, etc.
